Rate Hot Chilli Peppers
OVERVIEW

How spicy is “spicy”? We partnered with Gourmenitsa, one of Bulgaria’s favourite vegetable deli brands, to answer that question right on the shelf. Our aim was simple: let the customers decide by joining the Rate Hot Chilli Peppers riff, adding both heat and clarity to their choice. We invited them to rate each product on Instagram, using a flame slider to share if the spice was just a hint or something far hotter. Their scores brought a bit of excitement (and precision) to every jar, making it easy for future customers to pick their perfect level of heat.

From Instagram to the grocery aisle promo event, we captured the voice of the people. Once the ratings came in, we averaged the scores and put them straight on the label. Now, the next time you’re reaching for a jar, you’ll know whether it's mild enough for anyone or packing a punch that only the bold can handle. Accessible, accurate, and right there on the label — no guesswork, just honest heat levels, as voted by real Gourmenitsa fans.
